Not only do we take a more holistic approach we are also more proactive using statistical and analytical approach to solution monitoring capturing anomalous behaviour rather than relying on arbitrary rules or thresholds. We achieve this by looking at the solution from an end user point of view and ensuring we look at the end to end customer journey utilising synthetic user journey monitoring tools. KCOM have delivered customer dashboards to give throughput and performance analytics from different perspectives, diagnostic tracing for performance and fault conditions and additionally centralised logging and search.
