KCOM has been working closely with Wavenet for around 12 months, providing account based marketing support to help increase product knowledge within the Wavenet sales team, and increase sales of Myriad - the KCOM inbound call management solution.

We have been working with sales and marketing across both businesses to really dive deep into the goals Wavenet has, and create a plan where KCOM helped reach these goals through a collaborative approach.

How we have driven growth

  • White label documentation that can be rebranded by Wavenet, including product sheets, blogs and guides.
  • Access to a joint branded online version of our Myriad Toolkit – a repository of all Myriad collateral for easy access. We can provide analytics and reporting back to the Wavenet team as to which documents are being downloaded, and how often, and discuss potential new documents to support these requirements.
  • Our KCOM sales team has run drop in training sessions, given 1-2-1 support and hosted a swap shop.
  • Guest demonstrators at webinars to potential Wavenet customers, during a campaign covering key customer challenges and exploring how Myriad helps to manage customer experience.
  • Providing campaign in a box style blogs based around customer challenges
  • Access to sales-focused “how to” videos
  • Battlecard with Myriad features and leading competitor products as an aid to the sales team.
