Eclipse launches Office 365 service for SMBs

Today managed services provider, Eclipse launches its Office 365 service for small to medium businesses. Eclipse offers all the functionality of Office 365 with increased levels of customer support and tailored migration services. The launch is the first since Eclipse became one of Microsoft’s first official Cloud Solution Provider partners in 2014.

Starting from as little as £3.10 per user per month, Eclipse’s service starts with an initial consultation where the company’s environment, including number of users, data and mailbox sizes and any complexities around moving data into the cloud are evaluated.  A proposal is created outlining the best end-to-end process for migration with minimum disruption to the business and its users.  A dedicated support specialist manages on-boarding while a UK based, unscripted customer and technical support service is available to all users.
