Chris Fletcher - Head of Direct Sales

Chris has worked for KCOM for just over a year within a senior management position within sales.

Previous to joining KCOM he has worked with Vodafone, Virgin Media Business predominantly in Public Sector sales roles leading organisations through transformation projects. This totals more than 18 years experience of working with Public Sector organisations.

Chris is currently responsible for leading the direct sales teams within KCOM across account management that deal with our directly contracted customers.

Alex Castle-Mason - Head of Customer Solutions, Product and Propositions

Alex has worked within KCOM for 25 years, holding management roles primarily in the direct and enterprise space. He has extensive experience in solution development including services, commercials, legal and in life service models as an overall design authority. Alex is currently responsible for the Customer Solution Collective of Presale’s, Propositions and Product Management.


Steven Sell

Over the last 20 years Steven has operated across a plethora of leadership roles delivering IT solutions and services to all sizes of customers from start-ups to enterprise level organisations.

Since joining KCOM in 2016 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Steven has become a thought leader within our Cloud business, leading our Professional Services teams to support our customers to overcome business challenges with Cloud based technology solutions.


Ian Taylor

Ian has over 40 years of industry experience, 20 of those with KCOM.
He works with our team of experts to provide Presales solutions across the whole of the connectivity arena, from DSL solutions right through to large multisite Wide Area Networks.

Stuart has 13 years of experience working with our team of experts to provide solution consultancy for our customers utilising Hosting or SmartComms Telephony.

Shane Brighton is a Customer Solutions Architect at KCOM. He has over 20 years’ experience in helping businesses to achieve and his extensive experience ensures our customers achieve a competitive advantage through the most efficient and value-orientated use of their technology investment.

Shane enables our customers to navigate the complex and ever-changing IT landscape, facilitating the adoption of transformative technology.


Tony Blackhurst

Tony has over 20 years of industry experience, working with our Sales teams and industry experts to provide Solution Design and Consultancy for our customers, in WAN, LAN, WLAN, Network Security and over that past few years SD-WAN.

Ian has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry. Over that time he has engaged with a wide variety of sectors and engaged at all levels with both national and international organisations.

Ian’s knowledge and sector understanding meant he played a key role in KCOM’s recent National HSCN programme helping a number of NHS authorities to realise the benefits of HSCN.
