Extended lead times for order fulfilment


We are currently experiencing a longer lead time for fulfilment of orders for ADSL and FTTC.  Following the MBORC announced by BT, there is a backlog of orders for these products which Openreach is working through in conjunction with resourcing issues over the summer and a higher order intake.  Unfortunately this has caused a longer provisioning lead-time for our customers and we are advising our partners that their customers could be affected.

We have received communication from our supplier that lead-times are targeted to return to normal within the next few weeks.  In the meantime, the extension in standard lead time will vary by area based on Openreach resource availability.
