Partnering for long-term connectivity solutions


Following on from the cease of BT SDSL services in January 2014, Swan Solutions had an existing end customer needing a connectivity service to replace their two SDSL connections. With their ongoing relationship with KCOM and the introduction of increased network services, a TalkTalk Business EFM line provided both increased speed, as well as a cost effective and long term connectivity solution for their customer.

When one of our customers required a replacement connectivity solution for a service soon to be retired, we instinctively contacted KCOM to provide us with some options to suit. After discussing the options available and with a limited time frame before their existing service was retired, an EFM solution seemed like the perfect answer. The solution was not only cost effective but provided our customer faster speeds and increased capability to host cloud based and security services on their network. The whole process was executed quickly and effectively by the team, ensuring we could deliver on our service promise to our customer.
